Ingredients:
3 oz Margarine 10 ive Biscuits, Crushed 3 oz Cream Cheese 3 oz Icing Sugar, Sifted 14 oz Can of Crushed Pineapple 1 Sachet, Dream Topping Made -up with 4 fl cold milk Pineapple to decorate
Melt the margarine, stir in the crushed biscuits, then turn the mixture
into a 7in/19cm flan dish and press over the base with the back of a spoon.
Leave to chill while you make the pineapple topping. Beat the cream cheese
and icing sugar together, drain the pineapple and stir into the mixture.
Fold in the made-up dream topping, then spread the mixture over the biscuit
base and return to the fridge to chill for 1 hour more. Decorate with
pineapple pieces and serve.
