Ingredients:
1 lb Aku
1/2 c  Blanched and chopped limu
Kohu
1 tb Hawaiian salt
1    Hawaiian red pepper, seeded
And minced.
2 ts Ground, roasted kukui nuts

Cut aku into 1/2 inch cubes. Combine limu, salt, pepper and kukui
nuts; add fish cubes and mix well. Chilll before serving.
