Ingredients:
1 lb Washed New Potatoes, with -skins on 5 fl Soured Cream 3 tb Mayonnaise 1 tb Garlic Wine Vinegar 2 tb Snipped Chives Salt and Pepper
Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender.
Drain and place in a bowl.
Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new potatoes.
Chill until needed.
