Ingredients:
1/2 lb Ricotta cheese
8 oz Room temperature cream
Cheese
1/3 c  Finely grated Parmesan
Cheese
2    Well beaten yolks
1 ts Lemon zest
3    4 Tbls. minced fresh sweet
Basil leaves
Salt & pepper
ds Nutmeg

Combine the 3 cheeses in a bowl & cream with wooden spoon. Beat in
yolks. Add zest & spices. Cover & refrigerate until ready to use.
