Ingredients:
3 c Cooked rice (1c raw) 2 c Skim milk 1 Egg white or whole egg Slightly beaten 1 tb Sugar (optional) 1/4 c Raisins 1/4 ts Cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients in a medium sauce pan and mix them well. Cook
the rive over Moderate heat, stirring it now and then, until it has
thickened (about 5 min after milk reaches boil).
Note: Eat quickly because it does tend to “dry out” but its so good
