Ingredients:
1 c Blanched almonds 3 tb Butter 4 oz Cream cheese 4 oz Havarti cheese 2 tb Finely diced pimientos 2 ts Lemon juice 1 ts Salt 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/2 ts Paprika
Saute almonds in butter, then chop fine. In processor, blend cheeses
with remaining ingredients. Shape into a roll. Place almonds on a
piece of waxed paper. Roll cheese log in almonds to coat, wrapping
with wax paper. Refrigerate 2 hours. Remove paper & cut in even
slices.
