Ingredients:
1 c Heavy cream 2 Eggs 1 cn (7 1/2oz) flaked & drained Salmon 2 tb Minced onion 1 tb Fresh lemon juice 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts White pepper 1 Prepared 9" pie shell
Beat together cream & eggs; add salmon, onion, lemon juice, salt &
pepper. Pour into shell. Bake at 375 oven for 30-35 minutes or until
knife comes out clean. Let stand few minutes.
