Ingredients:
4    Salmon Steaks
1 tb Butter
1 ts Soy sauce
1/4 ts Garlic powder
4    Lemon slices

In a large non-stick skillet, melt margarine and add soy sauce and
garlic powder. Add salmon and cook 4-5 minutes. Turn and continue to
cook 4-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with lemon
slices.
