Ingredients:
2 1/3 c soybeans, cooked 1/4 c onion, chopped 2 x eggs or egg substitute 1 1/4 c cracker crumbs 1/2 t salt 1/3 t Vegex (herbed salt) 1/3 c tomato juice 0 x Salt and celery salt to taste
Grind the beans through the food chopper. Combine all ingredients and mix
well. Shape into patties and fry. If desired, mixture may also be placed in
an oiled baking dish and baked. ~–
