Ingredients:
3/4 c Oil 5 tb Onion; mince 3 tb Rice vinegar 3 1/2 ts Light soy sauce 3 1/2 ts Ketchup 3 1/2 ts Water 1 1/2 ts Celery; mince 1 ts Ginger; grate 1 ts Lemon peel 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Ground pepper
Blend until smooth; store covered. Drain salad well and toss with dressing
immediately before serving, or serve dressing on the table.
