Ingredients:
1/2 c  Soy sauce
1/2 c  Olive oil
1/2 c  Sherry
2 tb Lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Ground rosemary
1/4 ts Ground thyme
1/4 ts Ground oregano
1/4 ts Ground marjoram
2 lb Shrimp, shelled and deveined

Mix soy sauce, oil, sherry, lemon juice, garlic salt, ginger, rosemary,
thyme, oregano and marjoram. Pour over shrimp. Let stand 1 to 2 hours.
Remove shrimp from marinade and broil 5 to 7 minutes. Makes 12 to 14
servings
