Ingredients:
4 c Chicken broth 3 md Leeks white part only Sliced OR 3 md Onions chopped 6 oz Spinach trimmed and chopped 3 c Cubed potatoes 2 tb All natural sour cream and Butter flavor sprinkle Freshly ground black pepper
Bring broth, leeks and spinach to a simmer. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add
potatoes and cook, covered, 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Puree
half the mixture; return to saucepan. Stir in butter sprinkles and pepper.
Serve hot or cold.
