Ingredients:
1 c Sourdough starter 2 c Lukewarm water 2 1/2 c All-purpose flour 2 lg Eggs, well beaten 2 tb Sugar 1/3 c Half and Half 2 tb Cooking oil 1 ts Soda
Mix starter, water and flour in bowl; keep overnight. Stir in
remaining ingredients the next morning. Let mixture bubble 10
minutes. Bake on griddle, using 1/4 cup batter for each cake.
