Ingredients:
4 c Peeled; sliced apples Sugar and cinnamon to taste -(1/4-1/3 cp sugar; 1 tsp -cinnamon) 1 c Rolled oats 1/2 c Flour 1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed 1/4 ts Salt 1 ts Cinnamon 1 Stick butter or margarine
Cut apples. Add sugar, cinnamon to taste. (1/4 – 1/3 c sugar, 1 teas
cinnamon) Arrange in buttered baking dish. Mix dry ingredients together.
Add butter. Blend well with a fork. Spread on top of apples; press down
lightly. Bake until topping is brown and apples are tender when tested with
a fork. Bake: 350F 30-40 minutes
