Ingredients:
1 ts Sugar 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper 1 ds Garlic juice 1 c Olive or salad oil 2 tb Chopped parsley 2 cn 15 oz. whole asparagus,drain 1 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Paprika 1/3 c Tarragon vinegar 1/4 c Chopped shallots or onions 2 tb Chopped pimento 1 tb Capers
Combine sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, and garlic juice in a bowl.
Add vinegar and oil slowly, beating constantly. Add onions or shallots,
parsley, pimento, and capers. Mix well. Pour over asparagus and refrigerate
overnite.
