Ingredients:
3 Ripe avocados 3 tb Fresh lemon juice 2 tb Minced parsley 1 1/2 ts Salt 4 ts Minced onion 1/2 ts Crushed red pepper 1/4 ts Thyme 1 Cleaned whole baked fish (5 Lb) Parsley springs (for Garnish) Lemon slices (for garnish)
Cut avocados into halves; remove seeds & skin; mash. Mix lemon juice,
parsley & seasonings. Spread over warm fish.
