Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 3/4 c Raw sugar 3 1/2 oz Butter 1 Egg 1 1/2 ts Baking powder 1 1/2 c Bran 1/2 c Chopped pecans or walnuts 2 Very ripe bananas 1/2 c Milk 1/2 c Plain yoghurt
Sift flour, b/pdr, b/soda into a bowl. Stir in bran, sugar & nuts. Make a
well in centre of dry ingredients. Melt butter in a small pot or e.
Mash bananas. Lightly beat egg, milk & yoghurt together. Add bananas to dry
ingredients. Pour melted butter & egg mixture into the well & mix with a
fork until JUST combined. Spoon into prepared pans & bake at 430F for
15-20 mins.
