Ingredients:
1/2 c Butter 1 1/2 c Sugar 2 lg Ripe bananas 2 Eggs 3/4 c Sour cream 1 ts Vanilla 2 c (scant) flour 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Soda
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
one. Add sour cream and mix. Add mashed bananas, vanilla and flour. Bake
in jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 2) about 30 minutes (check after 20 minutes)
at 375 deg. F.
