Ingredients:
1 (9" deep dish or 10") Unbaked pastry shell 1 cn (21 oz) blueberry filling 1 ts Grated lemon peel (optional) 1 (8 oz) pack softened cream Cheese 1 cn Swwetened condensed milk 2 Eggs 2 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Vanilla
Place rack on lowest postion in oven, preheat to 425. Combine filling
with 1/2 tsp. peel pour into pastry. BAke 15 minutes. In large bowl,
beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually add milk then lemon juice,
vanilla & 1/2 tsp. peel. Pour over filling. Reduce heat to 350. BAke
25 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Garnish. Refrigerate leftovers.
