Ingredients:
3 ts Sugar 1 ts Salt Pepper 3/4 c Heavy cream 1/4 c Vinegar 1 md Cabbage; thinly sliced
Combine sugar, salt, pepper and cream. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve.
Add vinegar. Arrange cabbage slices in salad bowl, pour dressing over
cabbage.
