Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes, chopped 1 Green pepper,cubed 1 Yellow pepper, cubed 1/2 Hot pepper, chopped 3 tb Olive oil 3 tb Red wine vinegar 1 Clove garlic, minced 2 tb Chopped parsley 1 tb Chili powder 2 c Cooked pasta 1/2 c Jack cheese, cubed 2 tb Sunflower seeds
Combine vegetables in large bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley,
chili powder, salt & pepper to taste. Pour over vegetablemixture. Stir in
cooked pasta, sprinkle with cheese and sunflower seeds, toss. Chill.
