Ingredients:
4 Tomato; chopped fine 1/2 Onion; chopped fine 1/2 Celery; chopped fine 1/2 Green bell pepper; chopped f 3 tb Green chiles; chopped fine 2 tb Wine vinegar 1 ts Mustard seed 1 ts Coriander; ground 1 ds Black pepper; coarse
Preparation Time: 0:15 Finely chop all vegetables. Mix well. Combine
vinegar, mustard seed, coriander, and pepper. Pour over vegetables and mix.
Chill. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Keeps well.
