Ingredients:
1 c Butter; softened 2 c Flour 8 oz Cheddar cheese; grated 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper 1/2 ts Salt 2 c Toasted rice cereal
Mix butter, flour, cheese and seasonings and stir
lightly. By teaspoons, roll into balls and put on a
cookie sheet. Dip fork tines into flour and and press
into each wafer in a crisscross pattern. Bake 15
minutes or until lightly browned. Store in airtight
containers till ready to serve!
