Ingredients:
1 tb Vegetable oil 1 Clove garlic, minced 3 tb Brown sugar, packed Minced parsley for garnish 2 Whole chicken breasts, -skinned, boned, and cut -into 1" cubes 2 tb Soy sauce 1 tb Minced ginger 3 tb Toasted sesame seeds
1.Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add garlic and chicken. Saute over high heat
for 3 min. or until chicken is about half cooked.
2.Combine sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Add to chicken. Continue to saute
over high heat until most liquid is evaporated and chicken is glazed, about
4 min.
3.Remove from heat. Chill. sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss before
serving.
This is always the first food to go at buffets.
