Combine 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp. salt & 1/4 tsp. pepper. Coat 1 1/2 lb
skinned boneless chicken breasts with seasoned flour. Saute in 3
Tbls. oil in large skillet. Remove chicken from skillet. Saute 1
sliced small onion, 1 small sliced green pepper, 1 cup sliced
zucchini & 1 cup fresh mushrooms in 2 Tbls. oil. Return chicken to
skillet. Arrange vegetables over top. Combine 1 2/3 cups (15oz)
Italian Style Tomato Sauce, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1/2 tsp. oregano
leaves & 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary. Pour over chicken. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover & boil gently for 10 minutes or until chicken is
cooked. Serve over pasta or rice.
