Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken livers 1/2 c Soy sauce 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Water Soy sauce or mustard for -dipping
Marinate livers in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and water for at least 2
hours. Place livers on skewers. Cook on hibachi or grill until done. Serve
with soy sauce or mustard for dipping.
