MIX EVERYTHING EXCEPT CHOCOLATE CHIPS. SPREAD IN 9X13 PAN. MELT CHOCOLATE
CHIPS AND SPREAD ON TOP OF PEANUT BUTTER MIXTURE. PUT IN REFRIGERATOR. CUT
INTO BARS BEFORE CANDY GETS TOO HARD. ABOUT 15 MIN. COULD BE LONGER.
