Ingredients:
4 oz Butter 1/2 c Sugar 1 ts Baking powder 3/4 c Coconut 1 c Flour 2 ts Cocoa Vanilla essence
ICING
1 oz Melted butter
3/4 c Coconut
1 c Icing sugar
2 ts Cocoa
Vanilla essence
Milk
Melt 4 oz butter and add to the remaining ingredients, mixed together.
Press into an oblong tin.
ICING: Add a little milk to mix. Ice while hot. Alternative method- Add
1/4 tin condensed milk to icing.
