Ingredients:
1 1/4 c Sugar 1/2 c Vegetable Oil 4 oz Unsweetened Chocolate -- Melted 4 Eggs 1 ts Almond Extract 2 1/2 c Flour -- sifted 2 ts Baking Powder 1/2 ts Salt 3/4 c Powdered Sugar -- sifted
Combine sugar, oil, and chocolate in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and
mix well. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and then
add to chocolate mixture in thirds, mixing well after each addition. Cover
and chill dough 2 hours or longer, then make 1-inch balls and roll them in
powdered sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes on greased cookies sheets at 350.
