Ingredients:
2 c Tomatoes; peeled, chopped 2 tb Cilantro; minced 2 tb Onion, red; minced 1 ts Chilies, hot; minced ds Honey or alternative Chili powder Salt Wine vinegar or lemon juice
Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion and hot pepper. Season to taste with
sweetener, chili powder, salt, and wine vinegar. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
