Ingredients:
64 oz Eggnog; chilled 1/4 c Light brown sugar; packed 1 tb Instant coffee 1/4 ts Cinnamon 1/2 c Kahlua 1/2 c Bourbon -OR- brandy 1 c Whipping cream 1/4 c Powdered sugar 1 ts Vanilla
In large mixer bowl, combine eggnog, brown sugar, coffee and cinnamon; beat
on low speed until sugar and coffee are dissolved. Stir in Kahlua and
bourbon; chill. In small mixer bowl, beat cream with powdered sugar and
vanilla until stiff. Pour eggnog mixture into punch bowl; top with whipped
cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
