Ingredients:
2 lb Ground beef 1 c Onions; finely chopped 1 1/2 tb Chili powder 1/8 ts Cayenne 1/8 ts Garlic powder 16 oz Tomato puree 1 c Water 1 tb Salt
Fry beef and onions until onions are tender. Drain well to remove fat. A
