Ingredients:
1 c  Rice -- uncooked
2 c  Chicken Broth
1/2 c  Black Walnuts -- chopped
1 sm Onion -- chopped
2 tb Butter

Brown rice, nuts, and onions in butter, stirring constantly so it doesnt
burn. (Get it nice and brown). Add broth, cover pan, and simmer on a very
low heat until rice is completely cooked.
