Ingredients:
4    Tomatoes
3 tb Lemon juice
4 tb Oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
4 tb Catsup

Blanch tomatoes (heat 15 seconds in boiling water). Remove from pan; peel,
seed, and coarsely chop tomato. Marinate tomatoes in lemon juice, oil,
salt, pepper, and catsup 10 minutes. Place marinated tomatoes into 4
champagne glasses and top each with a dollop of Frozen Creamed Horseradish
and caviar if desired.
