Ingredients:
2 1/2 c Diced ripe tomatoes 4 oz Can mild green chiles, drain 1 tb Chopped cilantro or parsley 1 ts Ground cumin 2 Scallions, chopped 1 Or 2 jalapeno peppers, chop 1/2 Juice of lemon 1/2 ts Salt
Combine the ingredients in the container of a food processor. Pulse on and
off until the mixture is a coarse puree. Store in airtight container in
refrigerator.
