Ingredients:
1 1/4 c Water 1/4 c White flour 1 ts Salt 1 ts Onion powder 1/8 ts Garlic powder 2 tb Oil 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
Simmer together all ingredients except oil & lemon juice. Scrape the
simmered ingredients into a blender. While blending, drizzle in the oil.
Stir in the lemon juice. Chill. Alternative: Replace oil with 3 tb tahini
OR use 1/4 c cashews.
