Ingredients:
3/4 c Plain Yogurt 2 ts Curry powder 1 ts Lemon juice 1/2 ts Honey 1/4 ts Black pepper 1/8 ts Hot pepper sauce
GARNISH: finely chopped almonds or walnuts, optional.
In a bowl, combine ingredients, stirring well. Spoon into serving bowl. If
possible allow to set for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
Garnish.
Makes 1 cup. Serve with fresh vegetables or pita crisps.
