Ingredients:
---BILLS20086--- 3/4 c Sugar 3/4 c Brown sugar; packed 1 c Butter; softened 2 Eggs 1 ts Vanilla 2 1/4 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Macadamia nuts; chopped 12 oz Semi sweet chocolate chips 1 c Vanilla milk chips; -=OR=- 1 c White chocolate; coarse chop
Heat oven to 375~. In large mixer bowl, combine sugars, butter, eggs and
vanilla. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, about
2 minutes. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Continue beating, scraping
often, until well mixed, 1-2 minutes. By hand, stir in nuts, chocolate
chips and vanilla chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2″ apart, onto
greased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets.
