Ingredients:
1 c Sour half and half 1 Egg 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Dried dill weed 10 Hard cooked eggs,chopped 1 c Crumbled crisp - cooked Bacon, about 10 slices 1/2 c Chopped green onions with Tops 1/2 c Chopped celery 6 English muffins,split 3/4 c (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar Cheese
Blend together half and half,1 egg and seasonings.Stir in remaining
ingredients except muffins and cheese.Spread each muffin half with 1/3 cup
of egg salad.Top each with 1 tbsp. cheese.Broil about 6″ from heat until
cheese melts,about 2 to 3 minutes.Serves 6.
