Ingredients:
6 Cloves garlic 1 lg Onion. 3 tb Paprika (preferably Szego) 1 tb Hot paprika - - 2 lb Chicken (amount not -critical) 2 Chicken boullion cubes -(optional) 2 lb Sauerkraut 4 Potatoes peeled and chunked -(raw) -(or more paprika + a shot -of tabasco or -other heat)
Chop garlic and onion.
PAM and heat stew pot, add garlic and then onion.
Add paprika
When onions cooked, add chicken (1-2 lbs)
Add juice from Sauerkraut and enough water to mostly
cover the chicken (2 cups)
After simmering for 20 minutes, pull out chicken &
remove bones. (Alternatively use boneless chicken or
turkey) Add boullion cubes
Add sauerkraut & potatoes
Cook for another hour or two.
