Ingredients:
2 lb Fish (pollock, swordfish) 1/2 c Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1/4 c Fresh lemon juice 1 Crushed garlic clove 1/2 ts Powdered cumin Chopped parsley
Cut fish into serving pieces. Combine remaining ingredients & pour
over fish: marinate 1 hour, turning once or twice. Broil on one side
4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
