Ingredients:
8 c Meat stock 6 tb Butter 3/4 c Flour 2 ts Salt 1/3 ts Paprika
1- Melt 4tbs of butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and lightly brown it.
Slowly add the meat stock, stirring constantly, to have a smooth cream.
Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. 2- Heat 2 tbs of butter. Add paprika
and pour over the soup.
