Ingredients:
1 Minced garlic clove 1 ts Salt 1 ts Crushed oregano 1/2 ts Crushed basil 1/2 ts Thyme Pepper 1/2 c Corn oil 1/4 c Chopped onion 1 1/2 ts Grated lemon peel 3 tb Fresh lemon juice 1 Fish (4-5 lb)
Mix together garlic, salt, oregano, basil, thyme & pepper. Stir in
onion, lemon peel & lemon juice. Tear off 1 sheet of 18″ heavy duty
aluminum foil twice length of fish plus 3″; place foil in baking pan
with half the piece extending over the edge. Place fish on foil; pour
marinade over fish. Bring extending part over & seal on 3 sides with
double folds; refrigerate 1 hour. Bake in 375 oven about 45 minutes.
