Cream sugar and butter well. Add yolks of eggs, one at a time. Add spice, add jelly, and add juice. Add flour plus fruits. Fold in whites of eggs. Will bake in 3 pans 2 hours at 270 degrees F. Can decorate with nuts and fruits if desired.

Hellen Holders Zuckinni Bread

Beat eggs well, add oil and vinegar. Then add flour, zuckinni, soda and powder. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. NOTE: If you use self rising flour omit salt, soda and baking powder. Variations: Use dates. Allspice instead of cinnamon.

Pudding Icing

Mix together 1 cup milk and 1 box of pudding and let stand. Mix together butter, shortening, powdered sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Add both mixtures together and blend well. Will ice 2 9-inch cakes.
