Outrageous Ham Steak Sauce (bbq)

Cook sauce uncovered for 15 minutes. Marinate ham in sauce for 1/2 hour or longer, grill, broil, or fry ham steak basting with the sauce as needed. Very Good!!

Ranch Burgers

In large bowl, combine ground beef, 3/4 cup salad dressing, bread crumbs, onion, salt & pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Grill over medium hot coals for 4-5 minutes for medium doneness. Place on sesame seed buns with your choice of additions. Serve with generous amount of additional salad dressing.

Pork Bbq Sauce

Blend together all ingredients. The technique used was to stab large holes in a pork roast, massage the sauce into the holes produced and marinate overnight.

Charcoal Grilled Shiitakes

Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
