Combine sugar and hot water. Stir to dissolve and cool. Add juices, stir well. Fill four glasses with ice. Pour juice mixture in each glass until half full. Pour cranberry juice slowly over lemonade so drink is in layers of color. Garnish with orange slices.

Kahlua
Mix water, sugar and coffee crystals. Heat and stir until dissolved. Cool til room temperature. Add vodka. Pour mixture into 4 bottles. Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise and drop half a bean into each bottle. Cap. After 2 weeks strain, remove bean and rebottle. If regular coffee keeps you awake nights; make with decafinated.

Tia Maria
Combine water and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boiling, reduce heat, and simmer about 20 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in coffee and vanilla, then vodka. Pour into a bottle with a screw top lid and store 1 month before using.
Fruit Punch #1
Mix the first six ingredients and freeze. Remove from freezer allowing time to thaw before using. Add 2 quarts of ginger ale, which has been chilled, right before serving.
Pinapple Limeade
Mix all ingredients except sparling water; refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, stir in sparkling water. Serve over ice. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
Pears And Cream Cheese
Blend cream cheese and raspberry liqueur. Slice pears in halves lengthwise. Hollow out centers with teaspoon or melon baller. Dip or brush pears in lemon juice to prevent browning. Spoon cream cheese into pear centers and sprinkle with pistachio nuts. Garnish with mint leaves.
Dill Tea
