Sangria Blanca (white Sangria)

wine should be chilled In a large bowl or pitcher, combine all the ingredients. Stir the sangria until the sugar is dissolved. Chill for 1 hour. Strain the sangria into wine glasses and garnish with several pieces of the fruit.

Preparation : Combine the ingredients and blend until creamy. Pour into stemmed glasses to 1 inch from the top. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

Creamy Rum Liqueur

Mix all ingredients slowly in a blender. Serve chilled. Keeps sealed in the fridge, for 2 weeks.

Hot Ginger Tea

Put tea bags, cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger and sugar into a large teapot. Pour boiling water over and allow to steep 3 minutes. Remove tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. To serve, pour tea into cups and float a quarter slice of orange in each cup.

Cranberry Sangria

In large pitcher or punch bowl mix 7 cups cranberry juice cocktail, 5 small peaches or nectarines, cut into chunks, 1 sliced lemon, 4 cups ice cubes amd 5 cups club soda. Stir. Pour or ladle into glasses and garnish with sprig of mint and a skewer with a few watermelon balls on it.
