Egg Nog For One

Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Enjoy.

Minted Cocoa Coffee Mix

Combine all ingredients in large airtight container. Use 2-3 Tbls. per mug boiling water. May be garnished with whipped cream.

Viennese Spiced Coffee

Whipped cream Ground cinnamon Combine 1/3 cup instant coffee, 3 tablespoons sugar, cloves, stick cinnamon, and water. Cover, bring to boiling. Combine all ingredients in a shaker; cover and shake.

Tea Liqueur

Steep the tea leaves in vodka for 24 hours – NOT longer as a bitter taste will occur. Strain and add sugar syrup. Age for 2 weeks. *Your favorite tea may be used for the flavor you desire and spices can be added as well. Yield: 1 pint Container: Quart jar

Cherry Coke Salad

Heat cherries and their juice to boiling. Remove from heat and add Jello. Stir. Add pinapple, juice and all. Pour in coke and nuts. Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold. Let cool, then refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set. Serve cold.

Mocha Frost

Preparation : Place cream and liqueurs in chilled blender container. Cover and blend 15 seconds. Gradually add ice cream and blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses. Garnish with chocolate shavings (dessert in a glass).

Licorice Liqueur

Wash the licorice root and chop into small pieces. Add to vodka and steep for 1 week. Strain and filter. Add sugar syrup and steep for 1 week. Ready to serve. Adjust taste with extract if necessary. Yield: 1 pint plus Container: Quart jar
