Rinse an electic blender container with hot water. Put into container=7F about 1/2 cup scalded milk, chocolate, sugar, vanilla and salt. Cover and blend about 1 minute, or until smooth and color is even throughout. Add remaining scalded milk and blend until thoroughly mixed. Serve immediately.
