Fresh Corn Casserole

Combine all ingredients, except paprika; turn into well-greased 1 quart casserole. Place in pan of hot water, cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serve hot. Garnish with paprika.

Quick Potato Casserole

Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan. Put into greased 9×13 casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan over top…probably about 1/4 cup or so. Bake for 1 hour at 400~. This can be doubled easily. Also can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
